All slips and hoists are rented on a yearly basis from March 15th to March 14th. A new contract will be sent every year to renew, the same applies for any hoist rental within that slip. If you join the harbor later in the season, your slip/hoist will be pro rated for that season and that season only. All payments are non-refundable and are due at signing. Payment can be made by cash, check, money order or credit card. A 3% processing fee will be added to credit card payments. Mandatory at signing is proof of no less than $500,000 minimum in BOATER’S liability, per occurrence. Water to all slips will be turned on April 1st and turned off November 1st. Trailer only Storage Off-Season, November 1st – March 31st: $15.00 a Month

Single PWC on Trailer Off-Season, November 1st – March 31st: $40.00 a Month
Double PWC on Trailer In Season, April 1st – October 31st: $100.00 a Month
Double PWC on Trailer Off-Season, November 1st – March 31st: $80.00 a Month
